HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1459ORDINANCE NO. 1459 AN URGENCY ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE SUPPORT OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF LODI AND A UTILITY OUTLAY BUDGET FOR ENDING JUNE 30, 1990 THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1989 AND The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: SECTION 1 City of Lodi Operating Budgets, Summary of the Budget 1989-90. An appropriation spending limit for 1989-90, in compliance with Proposition 4, Article XI11 B of the California Constitution, as specified in Gov. Code Section 37200, is $28,972,499, and the 1989-90 appropriation subject to the limit is $16,746,795. This section shall be deemed a part of the budget. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. This urgency ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel ,'I a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect immediately.
