HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1458ORDINANCE NO. 1458 AN URGENCY ORDINANCE ADOPTING A TEMPORARY OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE SUPPORT OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF LODI AND A UTILITY OUTLAY BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1989 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1989 The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council hereby adopts, by reference, the following budget schedules: Schedule L - Public Liability Ins. $ 413,520 Schedule M - Workers Compensation Ins. 485,805 Schedule N - Watewater Capital Outlay 782,910 Electric Utility Outlay (Excluding System Equipment Purchases) 860,635 $2,542,870 SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. SECTION 4. This urgency ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News-Sentinel ,I' a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect immediately.
