HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 1290ORDINANCE NO. 1290 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF LODI BY REDESIGNATING 1900, 1904, 1905, 1907, 1908, 1909, 1910, 1911, 1916, AND 1920 SOUTH CHURCH TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL STREET, LODI, FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows : Section 1. - The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Lodi is hereby amended by redesignating 1900, 1904, 1905, 1907, 1908, 1909, 1910, 1911, 1916, and 1920 South . Church Street, Lodi, from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential. I i I Section 2. - All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. ~ ~ Section 3. - This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
