ORDINANCE NO. 1271
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
LODI AND THEREBY REZONING THE AREA ENCOMPASSED BY LOBAUGH
MEADOWS, A PROPOSED 91.17 ACRE DEVELOPMENT ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF KETTLEMAN LANE, EASTERLY OF LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD, FROM
DISTRICT NO. 24, WITH THE PREVISO THAT THE 72 ACRES PRESENTLY
LACKING TERMINAL STORM DRAINAGE NOT BE PERMITTED TO DEVELOP
UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A CITY COUNCIL APPROVED DRAINAGE SYSTEM
IS CONSTRUCTED.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
U-H, UNCLASSIFIED HOLDING, TO P-D( 24) , PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
Section 1. - The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted
by Section 27-2 of the City Code of the Cit.y of Lodi is hereby amended by the
rezoning the area encompassed b.y Lobaugh Meadows, a proposed 91.17 acre
development on the south side of Kettleman Lane, easterly of Lower Sacramento
Road, from U-H, Unclassified Holding, to P-D(24), Planned Development District
No. 24, with the previso that the 72 acres presently lacking terminal storm
drainage not be permitted to develop until such time as a Citv Council approved
drainage system is constructed.
The alterations, changes, and amendments of said Official District Map
of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning
Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in
conformance with provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and
the laws of the State of California applicable thereto.
herewith are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Life and Times", a twice weekly newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty
days from and after its passage and approval.
Section 2. - All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict

a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi
held September 15, 1982 and was thereafter passed, adopted
and ordered to print at a regular meeting of said Council
held October 6, 1982 by the following vote:

and Reid
