The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. Sections 20-2, 20-3 and 20-4 of the Code of the City of Lodi are hereby amended to read in full as follows: . Sec. 20-2, Sanitary sewage service rate schedu!es. For and in consideration of the amounts set forth in the sanitary sewage service rate schedules in this section, the city will receive sanitary sewage into its sanitary sewers for final disposal by the city.
