HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 981ORDINANCE NO. 981 ADOPTING A UTILITY OUTLAY AND A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LODI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1972 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1973. The City Council of the City'of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. There is hereby appropriated and allocated from unexpended and unappropriated balances of funds in the City Treasury and from anticipated income in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1972 and ending June 30, 1973 the following monies for the support of the departments of the City of Lodi during said fiscal year: Transfer to Capital Outlay Reserve . a. ._. . $ 550,000.00 Transfer to Utility Outlay Reserve . . o.. . $ 318,680.00 Total ...... $ 868,680.00 Section 2. This ordinance shall be published one time in the Lodi News-Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall take effect immediately.
