HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 979ORDINANCE NO. 979 AN ORDINANCE PREZONING AN APPROXIMATE 285-FOOT BY 700-FOOT PARCEL LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH HUTCHINS STREET BETWEEN APPROXIMATELY 1830 FEET AND 2115 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT. OF KETTLEMAN LANE TO BE IN THE R-MD, RESIDENTIAL- The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The property hereinafter described is hereby zoned and classified as being in the R-MD, Residential-Medium Density Multiple Family District, viz: An approximate 285-foot by 700-foot parcel located on the east side of South Hutchins Street between approximately 1830 feet and 2115 feet south of the centerline of Kettleman Lane. The above zoning herein set forth has been approved by the City Ptanning Commission and by the City Council of the City of Lodi after public hearings held in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State-of California applicable hereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances 'in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the'Zodi . News Sentinel, 'I a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval. .. -1- State of California, County of San Joaquin, ss. Bennett, City Clerk of the City of Lodi, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 979 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi held July 19, 1972 and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting of said .Council held August 2, 1972 by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen - HUGHES, KATNICH, PINKERTON, SCHAFFER and EHRHARDT Noes: Councilmen - None Absent: Councilmen - None I further certify that Ordinance No. 979 was approved and signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been published pursuant to law. -2-
