HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 961ORDINANCE NO, 961 AN ORDINANCE PREZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY BOUNDED BY THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF WEST ELM STREET ON THE NORTH; THE ELMHAVEN SUBDIVISION ON THE EAST, THE ALLEN MANOR SUBDIVISION ON THE SOUTH; AND LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD ON THE WEST, EXCEPTING THOSE TWO APPROXIMATELY ONE-ACRE PARCELS LOCATED AT 40 AND 60 NORTH LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The property hereinafter described is hereby zoned and classified as being in the Planned Development District No. 6 (P,D6) viz: A portion of the southeast quarter of Section 3, Town- sfip 3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, San Joaquin County, California, and more par- ticularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 55, Elmhaven, as shown on map filed on February 24, 1971 in Volume 17 at Page 71, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records; thence North 0" 44' West 650.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Elm Street; thence Westerly along the centerline of Elm Street as shown on Specific Plan, Elm Street, Allen Drive to Lower Sacramento Road and adopted by Resolution Number 2920 of the City Council of the City of Lodi to a point in the East line of Lower Sacramento Road, said quarter; thence Southerly and parallel to said West line to a point, 302 feet South of the North line of said quarter and also being in the North line of that certain parcel as said point being 40 feet East of the West line of I conveyed to James Babcock, by deed recorded in Book 2210 of Official Records, at Page 492, San Joaquin County Records; thence Easterly and parallel to the North line of said quarter 268.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said parcel; thence Southerly and parallel to the West line of said quarter 338.00 feet; thence Westerly and parallel to the North line of said quarter 268.00 feet to a point in the East line of said Lower Sacramento Road; thence Southerly and parallel to the West line of said quarter 398 feet more or less to the Northwest corner of Allen Manor as shown on map filed in Volume 18 at Page 42, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records; thence North 89O 56' 45" East 1277.06 feet to the beginning, .s 15th day of Septembe :r, KATNICH, Mayor State County of San Joaquin, ss. Bennett, City Clerk of the City of Lodi, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 961 was introduced 197 1 in a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi held September 1, 1971 and was therekfter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting of said Council held September 15, 1971 by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen - EHRHARDT, HUGHES, KIRSTEN, SCHAFFER and KATNICH Noes: Councilmen - None Absent: Councilmen - None I further certify that Ordinance No. 961 was approved and signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been published pursuant to law. -3-
