CURK, !?REASWZ!3 ABD I’ISISAL, AiD REPEALING ORDINAMCE: NO. 44, ORDILI!&TCES 03’ ThZ CITY OF LODI. ------------- The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi do ord-ain 8s follows: The officers of the City of Lodi hereinafter named, from and after the l5th day of April, A. D, 1918, shall severally receive cowpensation as follows, the same to be in full for all services during t’neir respective tei-ms: ’-. CITY CLERK Section I. The City Clerk and Ex-Officio Assessor shall receive a salary of One Ilundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per month for his services as such Clerk and Ex-Ol’iicio Assessor. CITY BP3ASURER Section 2. The City Treasurer shall receive as compensation for all his services, as such treasurer and as City Tax Collector, the sum of Three Em-dred Dollars( $300.00) per annum, payable quarterly. CITY NiaRSHAL A Section 3. The City Marshal En2 Ex-Officio License Collector shall receive a sdary of One I-iundxed Dollars ($100.00) per month for ~ ,,,I?* his services as such Uarshal and Ex-Oflicio License Collector. @ The City l!larshal shall ;eceive the sum of Forty Dollarg (@O.pO) 7 per month for his services 2s Superintendent of Streets of the City of Lodi. CITY FXCGRDER Section 4. The City Recorder shall receive a salary of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per month for his services in criminal prosecution of violation of City Ordiiiances, 2nd- he shall receive from the pErties in civil cases, such fees as may be alloned by statute to Justicesof the Peace, in the County of San Joaquin, for like services and psyable in like manner. HXALTH OFEICER Section 5. The City Bealtlz Officer shall receive a salary of Thirty Dollars ($30,00) per month, Section 6. The Clerk, Traasurer and Barskal, res2ectively, be- fore entering uFon the duties of their respective ofPices shall each execute a bond to the City of Lodi, in the following penal sums, Clerk $3,000 .OO , Treasurer $GO ,000.00, slnd Earsha1 $2,000 .OO. Section 7. Ordinance ?To. 4.4 and all other ordinances of the City of Lodi, in conflict herewith, 3re hereby repealed-. Section 8, This and shall take effect April, A.
