AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE
CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING ALL PARCELS
ON THE EAST SIDE OF CRESCENT AVENUE BETWEEN
WEST LOCUST STREET AND WEST LODI AVENUE TO BE
IN THE R - 2, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and the
property hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from its present
classification as being in the R -MD, Medium Density Multiple-Family
Residential District to be in the R -2, Single-Family Residential District,
viz:
The west one-half of Block Six, Hutchins High School Addition;
The west one-half of Block One, Hutchins High School Addition;
The west one-half of Block Five, Hutchins Oak Street Addition;
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Crescent Subdivision; Parcels 12, 13,
14, 15, 16 and 17, Lot 7, Hutchins Addition to Lodi; and the
parcels located at the following addresses located in the Schroeder
Tract: 712 and 712 112 West Locust Street; 712 and 713 West Elm
Street.
The alterations, changes and amendments of said official District Map
of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning
Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in
conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi
and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto.

Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News-Sentinel, I' a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
blished in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days
s passage and approval.

Clerk of the City Council of said city, do hereby certify that Ordinance No,
946 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held April 7, 1971
and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting
held April 21, 1971 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - EHRHARDT, HUGHES, KATNICH,
KIRSTEN and SCHAFFER
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 946 was approved
and signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same
