ZONING PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
KETTLEMAN LANE BETWEEN CRESCENT AND
FAIRMONT AVENUES TO BE IN THE R-MD, IW%ElKJM
DENSITY MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAI DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordkin as follows:
Section 1. The property hereinafter described is hereby zoned
and classified as being in the R-MD, Medium Density Multiple-Family
Residential District, viz:
A 2.7-acre parcel located on the north sdde of
West Kettleman Lane, adjacent to the Leroy Nichols
School, between South Fairmont Adenue and South
Crescent Avenue.
The above zoning herein set forth has been approved by the City
Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public
hearings held in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the
Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of Galifornia applicable
hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such confliCt may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published! one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel,
published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty
a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and
1969.

I, Bessie L. Bennett, City Clerk of the City of Lodi do hereby
certify that Ordinance No. 915 was introduced at a r&gular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Lodi held November 5, 19'69 and was thereafter
passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting held November 19,
1969 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - BROWN, CULBERTSOk, HUNNELL,
and KIRSTEN
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - SCHAFFER
I further certify that Ordinance No. 915 was approved and
signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has
