OF KETTLEMAN LANE TO BE IN THE R-MD. -1UM
DENSITY MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DlbTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does orddin as follows:
Section 1. The property hereinafter describeld ib heEeby zoned
and classified as being in the R-MD, Medium Densitj Mbltiple-Family
Residential District, viz:
,
Parcels 6A and 6C as shown in San Joaqdin County
Assessor's Books, Lodi 9, Page 19.
The above zoning herein set forth has been approved by the City
Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public
hearings held in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the
Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable
hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinahces in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict mky exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall he published lone time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel, 'I a daily newspaper of general circulakioi printed and
published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force add tpke effect thirty
days from and after its passage and approval.
