AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP dF THE
CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING ALL
INDUSTRIALLY-ZONED PROPERTY EAST OF THE
FREEWAY TO THE M-2, HEAVY-INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as fallows:
Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and the property
hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from its present classification
as being in the M, Industrial District to be in the M-2, Heavy Industrial District,
viz:
The Sixty-fourth Addition to the City of Lodi as described in
Ordinance No. 581.
Lawrence Homestead Addition, that portion of Lot 46 situated East
of U. S. 50 and State Highway 99, Lot 50 and that portion of Lots
45, 47, 48 and 49 situated south of a line drawn 446 feet south uf
and parallel to the north line of Lots 47, 48 and 49.
Eddlemon Tract, Lot? 1 and 3.
Live Oak Colony No. 1.
of U. S. 50 and State Highway 99.
Lodi Industrial Park.
That area hounded on the North by the south line of Pine Street; on
the East by the wesr line of Cluff Avenue; on the South by the north
line of Lodi Avenue and on the West by the east line,of Kelly Street.
The Super Mold Addition to the City of Lodi as desckibed in
Ordinance No. 837.
Except therefrom that portion situated West
Section 2. The alterations, changes and amendments of the official
District Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the
City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public
hearings held in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of
the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel, I' a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and
after its passage and approval.

certify that Ordinance No. 908 was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Lodi held September 17, 1969, and wa8
thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at an adjourned regular
meeting held October 8, 1969, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - BROWN, CULBERTSON, HUNNE
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - None
