AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY
OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF
LAND SOUTH OF LODI AVENUE, WEST OF STOCKTON STREET
AND EAST OF SCHOOL STREET TO BE IN THE M-2, HEAVY
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT,
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and the
property hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from its present
classification as being in the M, Industrial District to be in the M-2, Heavy
Industrial Dis tr ic t, viz:
That area bounded on the North by the south line of Lodi
Avenue, on the East by the west line of South Stockton Street, on
the South by the north line of Kettleman Lane and on the West by
a line running north-south halfway between the west dine of South
Sacramento Street and the east line of South School Street.
therefrom Lots 6 - 12 of Koenig Subdivision and Lots 4 and 5 of
Block B, Resubdivision of Lots 72, Lodi Barnhart Tiact; and

Beginning at a point on the West line of the Soubhern Pacific
Railroad Company right of way, which line is also thk East line of
the parcel of land annexed to the City of Lodi as the 'I'Lowe's Addition''

and described in City of Lodi Ordinance No. 467, said point being
1312.41 feet Northerly, as measured along said right of way line, from

the South line of said Northwest Quarter; thence Easterly and
parallel to said South line of the Northwest Quarter 1027.09 feet, more
or less, to the West line of Stockton Street (40 feet wide); thence
Northerly along said West line of Stockton Street, which line is
20 feet West of and parallel to the East line of said Northwest
Quarter, a distance of 709. 50 feet; thence Westerly and parallel to
the South line of said Northwest Quarter 975.61 feet, more or less,
to the East line of said "Lowe's Addition;'' thence Southerly along
said East line of Lowe's Addition," being also an existing City Limits
line, 711.48 feet more or less, to the point of beginning.
The alterations, changes and amendments of said official District Map
of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning
Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in
conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi
and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed insssfar as such canfiict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel, 'I a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and
after its passage and approval.
