AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY
OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING PARCELS LOCATED
DENSITY MULTIPLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
AT 301 AND 305 EDEN STREET TO BE IN THE R-MD, MEDIUM
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1, The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 2?-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and the property
hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from its present classification as
being in the C-1, Neighborhood Commercial District to be in the R-MD, Medium
Density Multiple -Family Residential District, viz:
Lot 23, except the North 40 feet and Lot 24, except the North
40 feet, of Block 10, Lodi Barnhart Tract as filed for record
on November 5, 1906, San Joaquin County Records.
The alterations, changes and amendments of said Official District Map
of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Council of
the City of Lodi after public hearings held in conformance with the provisions
of Chapter 27 of the Code {of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of
California applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as conflic3 may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the “Lodi
News Sentinel, ‘I a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and publYshed
in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and

Clerk of the City Council of said city, do hereby certify that Ordinance
No. 895 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
April 2, 1969, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print
at a regular meeting held April 16, 1969, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - Brown, Culbertson, Hunnell,
Schaffer and Kirsten
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 895 was approved and
signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has
