The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi do ordain as follows:- Section 1. Section 2. Ordinance IJumber 77 is hereby repealed. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 38 is hereby amended to read as follows:- Section 2. The curb line is fixed and shall be distant from the division line between the street OF avenue and the blocks, or lots abutting on such street or avenue as follows: On all streets in the said City of Lodi less than 60 feet wide, 8 feet; on streets 60 feet wide, 10 feet; on streets 80 feet wide, 12 feet, except on Oak Street between Pleas.&% Avenue and Hutchins Street the curb line is hereby fixed, and shall be distant from the division line between said Oak Street and the Blocks or Cots abutting on said Oak Street, 5 feet, and from the alley between Sacramento and School Streets to Pleasant Avenue on said Oak Street, 15 feet; and except on East Fine Street from Main Street to Cherokee Lane; West Pine Street from Church Street to Hutchins Street; Vest Elm Street fram School Street to Hutchins Street; North School Street from Locust Street to Lockeford Street, the curb line is hereby fixed, and shall be distant from the division lines between said streets and the Blocks or Lots abutting respectively thereon, 15 feet. J Section 3, This orhinance shall be published in The Lodi Sentinel, and shall take effect and be in force from an& after thirty dzys after its passage and publication.
