AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY
OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF N. HAM
LANE AND W. LOCI(EF0RD STREET TO BE IN TKE R-GA,
GARDEN APARTMENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and the property
hereinaftg described rezoned and reclassified from its present classification
as being in the R-2, Single-Family Residential District to the R-GA, Garden
Apartment Residential District, viz:
That area bounded by West Lockeford Street on the north;
Lots 1-6 of the Cainard Subdivision on the east; Lot 4 and
the easterly 45 feet of Lot 3 of the Fairmont Park Sub-
division on the south and a line 215 feet east of the
centerline of North Ham Lane on the west.
The alterations, changes and amendments of said official Distrkt Map
of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Council of
this City after public hearing held in conformance with the provisions of
Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California
applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are repealed insofar as conflict may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
News Sentinel, '' a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and

No. 889 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
February 19, 1969, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to
print~at a regular meeting held 'March 5, 1969, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - Brown, Culbertson, Kirsten, Schaffer
and Hunnell
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 889 -was approved and signed by
the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been published
pursuant to law.
