The Board of Trustses or the city of Lodi do ordain as fol.lows:

Section 6.-The scherlule of rates for electric energy Prom and af-
ter August 1 1916, Shall be as follovm, per month:

Section 3.411 bills for electric energ and water fllrnished by

month, for the month next preceding.
To all. bills for water and electric energy remaining unpaia at
5 p.m. on the tenth dav of each calendar nonth the City Clerk Shall add
