AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY
OFLODIAND THEREBYREZONINGTHEPROPERTYAT
FAMILY -INSTITUTIONAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1.
510 MURRAY STREET TO BE IN THE R-4 MULTIPLE-
The official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by
Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and the property
hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from its present classification
as being in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District to be in the R-4 Multiple-
Family-Institutional Residence District, viz:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 38, Lawrence Ranch
Subdivision, Unit No, 1, as filed for record on April 10, 1953,
in Volume 13, page 143, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin
County Records; thence Easterly 224.25 feet along the South
line of Murray Street; thence Southerly 110 feet along a line
parallel to the East line of said Lot 38 to the North line of the
Lodi Grape Festival Grounds; thence Westerly 224.25 feet along
said North line to the Southeast Corner of said Lot 38; thence
Northerly 110 feet to the point of beginning of this description.
The alterationsir changes and amendments of said official District Map
of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning
Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held in
conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi
and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi
NeCs-Sentinel, 'I a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and
after its passage and approval.
I, Beatrice Garibaldi, City Clerk of the City of Lodi, do hereby certify
that Ordinance No. 851 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held October 4, 1967, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print
at a regular meeting held October 18, 1967, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Brown, Culbertson, Hunnell, Walton and Kirsten
Noes: None Absent: None
