ORDINANCE NO. 844
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22-4(c) OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY CHANGING THE PRO-
CEDURE FOR TENTATIVE MAPS
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 22-4(c) TENTATIVE MAP of the Code of the City
of Lodi is hereby amended to read in full as follows:
(c') TENTATIVE MAP. A person desiring to &vide land into five or more lots
shall file a tentative map and comply with the provisions of this section.
Filing: Five blue line prints of the map shall be filed with the Planning
Director at least 14 days prior to the Planning Commission meeting
at which the map is to be considered. A filing fee of $5 shall be paid
at the time of filing the tentative map.
Planning Director Review:
shall review the tentative map and make a report or recommendations

to the subdivider prior to final action by the Planning Commission.

certify that Ordinance No. 844 was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Lodi held July 5, 1967, and was thereafter
passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting held July
19, 1967, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Brown, Culbertson, Hunnell, Walton and Kirsten
Noes: None Absent: None
I further certify that Ordinance No. 844 was approved and signed
by the Mayor on the date of its passage and the same has been published
pursuant to law.
