HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 840t ORDINANCE NO. 840 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY ELIMINATING MULTIPLE FAMILY INSTITUTIONAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND BEAUTY SHOPS FROM THE R-3 LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT FUTURE BEAUTY AND BARBER SHOPS FROM THE R-4 The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. Subsection (iii) of Section 27-7(a)4 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby deleted. Section 2. Subsection 8 of Section 27-8(a) of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended to read in full as follows: 8. The following uses subject to the securing of a use permit in Automobile camps or courts; storage garage or open-air parking space; each case: hospitals, rest homes, sanitariums, clinics and other buildings for the treatment of human ailments, except mental disorders; and tea rooms. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel, 'I a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
