HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 832_. . -*- _- _-- f 1 ORDINANCE NO. 832 PREZONINGPROPERTYATTHENORTHEASTCORNEROF TURNER ROAD AND MAIN STREET(WO0DBRIDGE)TO BE IN THE "M" INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The property hereinafter described is hereby zoned and classified as being in the "MI' Industrial District, viz: Beginning at a point on the South line of Section 34, Town- ship 4 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, said point being 1909.4 feet East from the Southwest corner of the South- east Quarter of said Section 34, as shown on Record of Survey filed May 19, 1941 in Volume 5, Page 186, Record of Surveys, San Joaquin County Records; thence West along the South line of said Section 34 a distance of 669. 01 feet, more or less, to the Southerly extension of the East line of County Road to Woodbridge(Main Street)as shown on said survey; thence North 7O 12' East along the East line of said County Road and its Southerly extension 961. 91 feet; thence East 227. 55 feet to the Southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Company railroad right of way; thence Northwesterly along said railroad right of way the following bearings and distances: along a curve concave to the East, having a radius of 2894. 83 feet, through a central angle of 3 tn the East having a radius of 5759.63 feet, through a central angle of 1' 00', a distance of 100. 53 feet; thence Norin 23O 17? 30" West 132.48 feet; thence North 89O 43' East 65. 18 feet to th-k I Northeast line of the Southern Pacific Company railroad right of way; thence Southeasterly along said Northeast railroad right of way line to the Njrthernmost line of the parcel of land annexed to the City of Lodi as the "General Mills Addition, 0 06", a distance of 156. 77 feet; thence along a curve concave described in City of Lodi Ordinance 1. No. 578; thence West along said Northernmost line to the Southwest line of said railroad right of way; thence South 464 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; the area thus described containing 13 acres, more or less. The above zoning herein set forth has been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearings held 'in conformance with the provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel, " a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
