The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi do ordain as follows: Section 1.-- In the year 1915, and in provision of rev- enue for Said city of Lodi for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1916, upon all the real and personal property Within the City of Lodi, taxable for municipal purposes, there is hereby levied taxes as follows to-wit: For the general purposes of said City, at the rate of sevehty-one cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed value of Said taxable property; for public library purposes of said City at the rate of teen cents on each one llilndred dol- lars of assessed value of Said taxable property; and for bond redemption and interest purposes of SkLd City at the rate of forty-one cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed value of said taxable property. thir- The aforesaid tax rate of forty-one cents on each one hundred. dollars of the assessed value of said taxable prop- erty is the rate for bond redemption and interest on bonds of said City issued and outstanding on the 8th day of November, 1910, haVi%g been issued in the year 1908, and is apportioned as follows: For redemption and interest on sewer bonds sIxteeri cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed Value of said taxable property ; For redemption and interest on water and light bonds twenty-five cents on each one hendred dollars of tBe assessed valus of said taxable property. Section 2.- This ordinance Shall be published one time in 1Che LodI Sentinal, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall take effect thirty days after its passage, approval and publicst ion.
