ORDINANCE NO. 821 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING TEiE WEST 110 FEET OF LOTS 8 AND 9, LODI BARNHART TRACT, TO BE IN THE R-4 ElULTIPLE FAMILY INSTITUTIORAL RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND THE EAST 490 FEET OF SAID LOTS TO BE IN THE C-2 GEIiERAL COMMSRCIAL DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended and property hereinafter described rezoned anu reclassified from the Commercial Shopping District, as follows: (a) The West 110 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Lodi Barnhart Tract, as filed for r9cora November 5, 1906, in Volume 3, Page 48, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records, to the R-4 Multiple Family Institutional Residential District; and (b) The East 490 feet of Lots 8 ana 9, Loai Barnhart Tract, as filed for record November 5, 1906, in Volume 3, Page 48, Book of &taps and Plats, San Joaquin County Recolrcis, to the C-2 General Commercial District. The alterations, changes and amendments of said Official Diatrict Map of the City of Lodi herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearing held in conformance with the provisions of pter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Section 2. All. ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the I State of California, County of San Joaquin, ss. I, Beatrice Garibaldi, City Clerk of the City of Lodi, hereby certify that Ordinance No. 821 was introduced at a regular meeting of the Chty Council of the City of Lodi held June 15, 1966, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting held July 6, 1966, by the follow- ing vote: Am: Councilmen Brown, Culbertson, Hunnell, Kirstsn and Walton. 'NOES: None ABSENT: None I further certify that Ordinance No. 821 was approved and signed by the Mayor on the date of Its passage and has been published pursuant to law.
