Paragraph 13 of Section 27-13(b) of the Lodi City Code is hereby amended to read in full as follows 13. All off-atreet parking space as requfred above shall be in aoeordance with the following: (i) For dwellings the space provided shall be surfaced or otherwise improved. (ii) For the uses in paragraphs 1 through 12, the provided parking spa4e shall be paved with two inches of plant mixed surfacing and marked into the required number of stalls of aaple size an& with adequate aisles for comenient access I egress', as apprQved by the city engineer in accordance with the standards recommended by the Institute of Traffic Engineers. iii) None of the off-street park- spaces secr$Ssn or other off-street parking spaces proposed for the site shall be situated within any front yard area, side yard area or interior court area required or pprsuant to other pro- visions of this section.
