HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 803ORDINANCE NO. 803 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LODI AMENDING LODI CITY CODE CHAPTER 22, llSUBDNISION ORDINANCE," BY AMENDING SECTIONS 22-4, 22-5 AND 22-7. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: The sections hereinafter listed of Chapter 22 of the Code of the City of Lodi, California, 1959, are hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. is hereby amended to read in full as follows: The first paragraph of Section 22-4 (d) FINAL MAP -- MaE Ghg&j&ng: Prior to the filing of a final map, the subdivider shall have a complete map check made by the County Surveyor of San Joaquin county and a certificate as to the accuracy of said map signed by the County Sur- veyor shall appear on the title sheet. All fees required by the County Surveyor shall be paid for by the subdivider. Section 2. is hereby amended to read in full as follows: The second paragraph of Section 22-4 (d) FINAL MAP ---- Filigg: City Engineer, the subdivider shall furnish concurrently the following : At the time of filing the final map with the *' ,:' 1. The cloth original of the final map bearing all the required signatures. 2. Four blue line prints of the final map. 3. A map filing fee of, Twenty Dollars. 4. A current title report. 5. An executed Subdivision Improvement Agreement as hereinafter provided. A guarantee for the installation of improvements as hereinafter provided. 6. 7. The subdividey shall be required to install the following improvements: ------- Streets -- and allas --- shall be constructed to line and grade approved by the City Engineer and shall be sur- faced with penetration treatment for the full width between gutters. -------- Concrete ---- curbs --- and gutters ------ shall be installed on each side of all streets and alleys. ----I--- Concrete --------- sidewalks shall be installed on each side of all streets. ---I- Water ------ service --- and -I-- fire zrotection --------- ---I---.,.- facilities shall be installed. -----.. Storm ------ drainage --------I facilities shall be installed. SanitarX sewerage facilities shall be installed. Street &Lg&s shall be required on all new streets at locations determined by the Superintendent of Utilities,. Street lights on existing streets shall be optional with the Superintendent of Utilities. Section 8. MENTS is hereby amended to read in full as follows: Subsection (c) of Section 22-7 IMPROVEMENT REQUIRE- (c) Immovements Installed by City. The City shall install the following improvements at the expense of the subdivider: Final paving of the streets. Street mge signs placed at each intersection. ~ Electric servicp facilities. Section 9. The first paragraph of Section 22-7 (d) OTHER IMPROVEMENTS is hereby amended to read in full as follows: --- Gas -...- and TeleDhone &rv_icg to the subdivision shall be arranged for by the subdivider with the utility companies concerned. 3. .r f. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel," a daily newspaper of general circu- lation, printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and passage.
