AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF TFBL CITY OF LODI
AND THEREBP REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF TOKAY AND STOCKTON STREETS TO BE IN THE "M"
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official District Map of the City of Lodi
adopted by Section 2772 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby
amended and the property hereinafter described rezoned and re-
classified Erom its present classification as being
Multiple-Family Residential District to be in the NMrl Industrial
District, viz:
in the R-4
Lots 22, 24 and 26 of Block C, Map of Resubdivision
of Lot .72, Lodi Barnhart Tract, as filed for record
on July 8, 1908 in Volume 4, page 30, Book of Maps
and Plats, San Joaquin County Records.
The alterations, changes and amendments of said official
"District Map of the City of Lodl'l herein set forth have been
approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council
of this City after public hearings held in conformance with the
provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and the
laws of the State of California applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may
exist .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in
the "Lodi News Sentinel," a daily newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force
and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 779 was regularly
introduced in the City Council of said City on February 17,
1965, and was thereafter, at a regular meeting held March 3,
1965, passed, adopted, and ordered to print by the following
vote:
AYFS : Councilmen - CULBERTSON, DOW, KIRSTEN, WALTON and
BROWN
NOES : Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - None
