AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF
LODI AND TREREBY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF KETTLEMAN LANE BETW.EEN HAM LANE AND
FAIRMONT AVENUE TO BE IN THE C-P COMMERCIAL-
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi
adopted by Section 27-2 of: the Code of the City of Lodi is
hereby amended and the property hereinafter described rezoned
and reclassified from its present classifications as being in
the R-1 and R-2 One-Family Residential Districts and the R-3
Multiple-Family Residential District t6 be in the C-P Commercial-
Professional Office District, viz:
Beginning at the Northwest eorner of Kettleman Lane
and Fairmont Avenue; thence Northerly 385.3 feet,
more or less, along the West line of Fairmont Avenue
to a point 30 feet North of the Southeast corner of
Lot 99, Glenhurst Place, Unit No. 2, as filed for record
on October 22, 1962 in Volume 16, Page 108, Book of
Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records; thence
Westerly 119.95 feet along a line 30 feet Worth of
and parallel to the South line of said subdivision
to the West line of Lot 98 of said subdivision; thence
Southerly 30 feet along the West line of said Lot 98
to the South line of said subdivision; thence Westerly
515 feet, more or less, along the South line of said
subdivision to the East line of Ham Lane; thence -
Southerly 351 feet, more or less, along the East line
of Ham Lane to the North line of Kettleman Lane; thence
Easterly 620 feet, more or less, along the North line
of Kettleman Lane to the point of beginning.
thus described containing 5.5 acres, more or less.
The area

The alterations, changes and amendments of said "Official
District Map of the City of Lodi" herein set forth have been
approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council
of this City after public hearings held in conformance with the
provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and
the laws of the State of California applicable hereto.
Section 2. All. ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed insofar as such conflict may exist,.'
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in
the "Lodi News Sentinel," a daily newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force
and take effect thirty days from and after its pass

1964, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at
a regular meeting held September 16, 1964, by the following vote:

NOES : Councilmen - None
