An Oraillance Amending Section Two of OPfdiiance IJurnbor Thirty-
Eight.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi Do oraain as follows:
Section 1.-Section 2 of Ordinace 170. 38 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 2.-The curb line is fixed and sha.11 bo dis-
tant from thE division line betwem the stroet or avenue and the
blocks, squares or lots adutting on such streets or avenues as
f ollovs :
on streets eighty feet mide,twclve feet; on streets
sixty feet widesten feet; on streets less than sixty
feet wide, eight feet; provided, that the Boakd of
Trustees, whes in its judgement the interests of the
city will be best served thereby, may by resolution
direct that curb lines may be placed at other dis-
tances from the proFerty than above directed.
Section ?,.-This ordinance shall be publlishcd in the Loai Sen-
tinel, and shall take ei'fect and be in force from and aftcr
thirty days after its passage and publication.
I hereby approve and sign the foregoing ordinance
this 27th day of April, 1914.
