HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 768ORDINANCE NO. 768 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LODI REGARDING USE PERMITS FOR =YARDS The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Seetion 1, Section 27-12(subsection (a), paragraph 2)wherein the same refers to ''Junk yard or the bailing-of junk or rags, except in a building enclosed on a11 sides or when completely within a fenceU is hereby amended to read in full as follows: Junk yard or the bailing of j unlr or rags .It Section 2. This amendment shall be effective for a period of one yezr from and after the effective date of.this ordinance, whereupon this ordinance shall be automatically repealed and said section shall reread as defined prior to this amendmento Section 3.
