AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREEE REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY OW THE NORTH SIDE OF KETTLEMAN LANE:
BETWEEN HAM LANE AND FAIRMONT AVEMTE TO BE IN
THE R-3 LIMITED MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi
adopted by Section 27-2 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby
amended and the property hereinafter described rezoned and re-
classified from its present classification as being in the R-1
one-family residential district to be in the R-3 limited multiple-
family residential district, viz:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Kettleman
Lane and Fairmont Avenue; thence Northerly 252 feet,
more or less, along the West line of Fairmont Avenue
to a point 100 feet South of the Southeast corner of
Lot 99, Glenhurst Place, Unit No. 2, as filed for record
on October 22, 1962, in Volume 16, page 108, Book of
Maps and Plats , San Joaquin County Records; thence
Westerly 620 feet, more or less, along a line 100 feet
South of and parallel to the South line of said subdivision
to the East line of Ham Lane; thence Southerly 252 feet,
more or less, along the East line of Ham Lane to the
North line of Kettleman Lane; thence Easterly 620 feet,
more or less, along the North line of Kettleman Lane to
the point of beginning.
The alterations , changes and amendments of said "Official
District Map of the City of Lodi" herein set forth have been
approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council
of this City after public hearing held in conformance with the
provisions of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Lodi and
the la.ws of the State of California applicable hereto.

Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict
may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in
the "Lodi News Sentinel," a daily newspaper of general circu-
lation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be
in force and take effect thirty days from and after its
and approval.

June 17, 1964, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered

and BROWN
NOES : Councilmen - None
