HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 753ORDINANCE NO. 753 AmNDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING LOT 11, YORK HOMES SUBDIVISION, TO BE IN THE R-2 ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 469 (Zoning Ordinance) is hereby amended and the property hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from its present classification as being in the R-1 One Family Residential District to be in the, R-2 One Family Residential District, viz: Lot 11 as shown upon map entitled "York Homes Sub- division," filed for record March 9, 1955, in Volume 14, page 44, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. The alterations , changes and amendments of said "Official District Map of the City of Lodi" herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearing held in conformance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 469 of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel," a daily newspaper of general circulation prbnted and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage. Approved this 17th day of July, 1963. State of California, County of San Joaquin, ss. I, Beatrice Garibaldi, City Clerk of the City of Lodi, hereby certify that Ordinance No. 753 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Lodi held July 3, 1963, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting held July 17, 1963, by the following vote: AYES : Councilmen - BROWN, CULBERTSON, DOW, ULLMANN and NOES : Councilmen - NONE ABSENT: Councilmen - NONE KATZAKIAN I further certify that Ordinance No. 753 was approved and signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and has been published pursuant to law. 2.
