Home My WebLink AboutOrdinances - No. 734ORDINANCE NO. 734 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY STREET TO BE IN THE C-2 GENEBAL COMMERCIAL ZONE OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING 201-209 NORTH SCHOOL The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 469 (Zoning Ordinance) is hereby amended and the property hereinafter descsibed rezoned and reclassified from its present classifications as being in the R-4 multiple family institutional residence district and the C-1 neighbor- hood commercial district to be in the C-2 general commercial district, viz: Lots 5 and 6, Block 12, City of Lodi, as filed for record on August 25, 1869 in Volume 2, page 12, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. The alterations, changes and amendments of said "Official Dis- trict Map of the City of Lodi" herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after public hearing held in conformance with the provisions of Ordi- nance No. 469 of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News Sentinel," a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and appr Approved this 19th day of Se State of California County of San Joaquin, ss.
