HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 707/ ORDINANCE NO. 707 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING LOTS 24, 25, 46, AND 47, WINDSOR TRACT, TO BE IN THE C-P COMMER- CIAL PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ZONE AND LOTS 26 AND 45, WINDSOR TRACT, TO BE IN THE R-3 LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 469 (Zoning Ordinance) 5s hereby amended and the property hereinafter .described rezoned and reclassified as follows: (a3 :From the R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residential District to be in the C-P Commercial Professional Office District: filed for record on March 31, 1954 in Volume 14, page 8, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. Lots 24, 25, 46, and 47, Wiadsor Tract, as (b) From the R-1 One Family Residential District to be in the R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residential DistrTct: Lots 26 and 45, Windsor Tract, as filed for record on March 31, 1954 in Volume 14, page 8, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records. The alterations, changes and amendments of said ltOfficial Dis- trict Map of the City of Lodill herein set forth have been approved by the City Planning Commission and the City Council of this City after public hearings held in conformance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 469 of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California applicable hereto. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict may exist. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the Lodi News-Sentinel, a daily newspaper of general circulation printed 1. and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in full force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
