AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF LODI
AND THEREBY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTsl AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF HAM LANE AND LOCKEFORD STREET TO BE IN THE
C-1 N'EIGHBOREIOOD COMRCIAL ZONE
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi adopted
by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 469 (Zoning Ordinance) is hereby amended
and the property hereinafter described rezoned and reclassified from
its present classification as being in the R-2 One-Family Residential
District to be in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District, viz:
A portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township
3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian;
beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 86, Be1 Air Estates,
Tract No. 382, filed for record on July 12, 1954 in Volume
14, page 21, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County
Records; thence Easterly 200 feet along the South lines
of Lots 86 and 62, Be1 Air Estates, to the West line of
Sunset Drive; thence Southerly 108 feet along the West line
of Sunset Drive to the South line of Graffigna Avenue; thence
Easterly 6.32 feet along the South line of Graffigna Avenue
to the Northwest corner of Lot 33, Be1 Air Estates; thence
Southerly 215 feet along the West line of Lot 33 and its
Southerly extension to the North line of Lockeford Street;
thence Westerly 82 feet, more or less, along the North line
of Lockeford Street to a point which is 125 feet East of
the East line of Ham Lane; thence Northerly 125 feet along
a line parallel to the East line of Ham Lane; thence Westerly
125 feet along a line parallel to the North line of Lockeford
Street to the East line of Ham Lane; thence Northerly along
the East line of Ham Lane 180 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning; the area thus described containing 1.1
acres.

The alterations, changes and amendments of said "Official District
,
Map of the City of Lodi" herein set forth have been approved by the
City Planning Commission and by the City Council of this City after
public hearing held in conformance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 469 of the City of Lodi and the laws of the State of California
applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict may exist.
This ordinance shall be published one time in the Section 3.
Lodi News-Sentinel, a daily newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in full force and
take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
