Any holder of a wholesale license who slia.11 pErtnit liquor to be drunk oil tho prernisss or on adjacent premises under his control shail be deemed to have violated this or- dinance. Any license issued under this subdivision may be . peremptorily revoked by the Board of Tr-ustees if in their judgment the general reputetion of tile licensee or the place of business OF the tnenner of conducting the same warrant such cancellation. No person suffering a cancellation of his license shall be again granted a liceiise unc!er this subdivision with- in the period of one year from ths dhte of such cancellation. Section X-,This ortiiiancs shall be published by being priiited and posted in three public places in the Sity of Lodi and shall tzke effect and be in force froa and after .thirty days after its passage arid posting.
