HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 688ORDINANCE NO. 688 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-32 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LODI AND THEREBY INCREASING THE: NUIBER OF IGETINGS PER MONTH FOR WHICH COMPENSATION IS PAID TO MEMBERS OF TNE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. Section 2-32 of the Code of the City of Lodi is hereby amended to read in full as follows: Section 2-32. Compensation and expenses of members. Members of the planning commission who hold an office or position with the city shall serve without additional compensation. Members of this commission who are not officers or employees of this city shall receive the sum of five dollars for each and every meeting of the commission actually attended by them and not to exceed three meetings in each calendar month. Such compensation may be increased or decreased as determined by resolution of the city council adopted from time to time. All members of the com- mission shall be entitled to such expenses as are allowed by the state conservation and planning act when regularly authorized. Section 2.
