OFDIPJANCF XO. 675
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY
OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
EAST OF THE 300 BLOCK OF ORANGE AVENUE TO BE
IN THE R-4 MULTIPLE FAMILY-INSTITUTIONAL RESI-
DENTIAL ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as
f 011 ows :
Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of
Lodi adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 469 (Zoning Or-
dinance) is hereby amended and the property hereinafter
described rezoned and reclassified from its present classi-
fication as being in the R-2 One Family Residential District
and the R-3 Limited Multiple Family Residential District to
be in the R-4 Multiple Family-Insitutional Residential Dis-
trict, viz:
A portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section
11, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base
and Meridian, and further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 23,
Turnage Subdivision, as filed for record in Vol. 11,
page 119, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County
Records; thence easterly 100 feet along the South line
of said Lot 23 to the Southeast corner of Lot 23;
thence southerly 240 feet along the East lines of
Lots 24, 25, 26, and 27, Turnage Subdivision, to the
North line of the Plymouth Tract Subdivision, as
filed for record in Vol. 14, page 87, Book of Maps
and Plats, San Joaquin County Records; thence easterly
232 feet along the North line of Plymouth Tract to the
Northeast corner of said Plymouth Tract; thence northerly
379.8 feet, more or less, to a line parallel to and 170
feet south of the North line of Section 11; thence
westerly along said line parallel to the North Section
1.
Line 218 feet to the East line of Lot 1, Turnage
Subdivision; thence south 5 feet along the East line
of said Lot 1 to the Southeast corner of Lot 1; thence
westerly 114 feet along the South line of Lot 1 to the
Northwest corner of Lot 22, Turnage Subdivision; thence
southerly 134.8 feet along the West lines of Lots 22
and 23, Turnage Subdivision to the point of beginning;
the area thus described containing 2.3 acres.
The alterations , changes and amendments of said "Official
District Map of the City of Lodi" herein set forth have been
approved by the City Planning Commission and by the City Council
of this City after public hearing held in conformance with
the provisions of Ordinance No. 469 of the City of Lodi and
the laws of the State of California applicable hereto.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict
may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in
the "Lodi News-Sentinel , l1 a daily newspaper of general circula-
tion printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be
in full force and take effect thirty days from and after its
passage and approval.
