ORDINANCE NO. 669
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY
OF LODI AND THEREBY REZONING PROPERTY AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TURNER ROAD AND PLEASANT AVENUE TO BE IN THE R-3 LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Official District Map of the City of Lodi
adopted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 469 (Zoning Ordinance)
is hereby amended and the property hereinafter described rezoned
and reclassified From its present classification as being in the
R-2 One Family Residential District to be in the R-3 Limited
Multiple Family Residential District, viz:
That certain real property situated in the City
of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California,
described as follows: Portion of Block Six (61, as
shown upon Map, entitled "Burr9s Addition to Town of
Lodi," filed for record September 5, 1887 in Volume 1
of Maps and Plats, page 4, San Joaquin County Records,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of
Pleasant Avenue and Fifth Street and run North 0' 23'
West along said center kine of Pleasant Avenue, 336.3
feet to the North line of Section One (11, Township
Three (3) North, Range Six (6) East, Mount Diablo Base
and Meridian; thence North 89O 57' East along said North
line, 261.5 feet to a point being 188.4 feet Westerly
of the center line of Church Street (formerly Wood-
bridge Road); thence South 0' 23' East and parallel
with said Church Street, 335.0 feet to said center
line of Fifth Street; thence South 89' 40' West, 261.5
feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.01 acres,
more or less.

Section 2. All ordinances and prts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed in so far as such conflict
may exist.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in
the "Lodi News-SentinelYn a daily newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City of Lcdi, and shall be in full
force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and
approval.
