HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 664EI)RDINANCE NO, 664 ES-ISEING BUILDINQ SETBACK LINES ON WEST LQCKEPORD STREET BETWEEN CNURCR STREET AND CALIFORNIA STREET The City Council of the City of LOai does ordain as followst Section 1. From and after the effective date of this ordinance, no building or Struoture, except public works appertaining to the portion of street herelnafter desaribed, shall be ereated, placed ox maintained between two lines drawn parallel to and forty (40) feet eaah side of the following described center line: BeginnFng at the Northeast aorner of Lot 4, Blook 1, City of Lodi (Town of Mokelumne) as filed August 25, 1869 in Volume 2, page 12, Book of Maps and Plats, $an Joayuin County Records! thenoe North 36 feet to the true point of beginning; thence Westerly along a line parallel to the North Line of said Block 1, City of Lodi, 3k5 feet to its intersection with the center line of Pleasaht Avenue; thence South 3' 45' West along said aenter line of Pleasant Avenue six (6) feet; thenae Westerly along the center line of the present sixty (60) foot right-of-way on West Lockeford Street, said line bearing North 86' 19' West, to the extended East line of California Street, as shown in the map of Kmdert Subdivision, Traat No. 149, a8 filed on April 22, 1947 in Wolwne 11, page 139, Book of Maps and Plats$ $an Joaquin Co Reeords . Section 2. The Chief Building Inspector of the City of Ladi shall not issue any building permit in violation hereof, and any building or structure hereafter ereoted between the center line above mentioned and the building setback lines herein established shall be deemed a public nuisanae and may be abated as such, 1.
