HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 660ORDINANCE NO. 660 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 4 OF SECTION 7.1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 469 OF THE CITY OF LODI TO ALLOW REST HOMES AND CONVALIBCENT HOMES IN THE R-3 LIMITED MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. Paragraph 4(b) of Section 7.1 of Ordinance No. 469 is hereby amended to read in full as follows: "(b) State Certified Family Plan Homes with a capacity for not more than five (5) persons to be admitted as guests or boarders.'' Section 2. There is hereby added to Paragraph 4 of Section 7.1 of Ordinance No. 469 a subparagraph to be designated (d) to read as follows: "(a) Rest Homes and Convalescent Homes, excepting those for the care of mental patients." Section 3. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News-Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in full force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.
