ORDINANCE NO. 650
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 518, ENTITLED
“AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LODI PROHIBITING THE
ROOM FACILITIES FOR THE JUSTICE COURT, LODI JUDICIAL
DISTRICT, OR JAIL FACILITIES, OR POLICE DEPARTMENT
FACILITIES IN THE AREB BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY ELM
STREET, ON THE WEST BY PLEASANT STREET, ON THE EAST
BY CHURCH STREET AND ON THE SOUTH BY PINE STREET IN
SAID CITY“.
CONSTRUCTION OF A HALL OF JUSTICE, INCLUDING COURT-
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section I. Ordinance No. 518 entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LODI PROHIBITING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HALL OF JUSTICE,
INCLUDING COURTROOM FACILITIES FOR THE JUSTICE COURT, LODI JUDICIAL
DISTRICT, OR JAIL FACILITIES, OR POLICE DEPARTMENT FACILITIES IN
THE AREA BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY ELM STREET, ON THE WEST BY PLEA-
SANT STREET, ON THE EAST BY CHURCH STREET AND ON THE SOUTH BY
PINE STREET IN SAID CITY“ bg and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published one time in
the “Lodi News-bent inel", a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in the City of Lodi, ana shall be in full force and
take effect thirty days from and after its passage and approval.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 650 was reguilarly introduced
in the City Council of said City on June 3, 1959 and was thereafter,
on the 17th day of June, 1959, passed, adopted and ordered to print
by the following vote:

and Brown
Councilmen - Culbertson NOES t
ABSENT: Councilmen - None
