For the purpose of this ordinance, the following words
ahall have the moaning indioafed,

2o Setback Line - a line parallel 'to the future
centerline of a atreet and 8.esignafing the future
right-of-way line of the street.
3. Setbaa$ Area - the area lying between setback lineo
established on each side of 8 street or planned
street and fncluciding the full width of the future
right- of- way
