ORDINANCE NO 611
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE USE OF CITY LANDS
AS PARKING PLACES
PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
The City Council of the City of Lodi, California, does
)rdain as follows:
Section 1. It is hereby declared and agreed that certain
:ity lands, more particularly hereinafter described, shall for all
)urposes of Parking District No. 1 be held, used and treated in all
aespects the same as parking places acquired with the proceeds of
iondsto be issued for said District under the Parking District Law
)f 1951, as amended.
Section 2. Said City lands are located within the boun-
laries of said Parking District No. 1, which is now existing, are
lot needed by the City for any other purpose, and are more parti-
ularly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 8, as shown on the map entitled now City of Lodi) 69, in Book of Maps and Plats, Vol. 2,
filed for record
page 12, San Joaquin County Records, and designated as “Parcel K” in proceedings bein conducted pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 1$4, adopted July 18, 1956.
Section 3. No compensation shall be paid to the City

Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immedi-
.tely upon the issuance of bonds for said District, as provided
n said Parking District Law of 1951, as amended. Upon the issuanc

I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced on the 5th day of February J 1958, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Lodi, California, held on the 19th day of February J 195
by the following vote:

Fuller, Katzakian, Mitchell,
Robinson, and Hughes
NOES, Councilmen: None
