HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 6108688 In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California ORDINANCE NO. 610 ESTABLISHING BUILDING SETBACK LINES ON HAM LANE AND ITS PROPOSED EXTENSION BETWEEN TURNER ROAD AND KETTLEI\IAiT LANE The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows : Section 1. From and after the effective date of this ordinance, no building or structure, except public works appertaining to the portion of street hereinafter described, shall be erected, placed or maintained between two lines drawn parallel to and fifty feet west of and thirty feet east of the West line of the Xortheast Quarter of Section 2, TSN, R6E, M.D.B.&EI., between Turner Road and the Sduthern Pacific Railroad (Woodbridge Branch). Section 2. From and after the effective date of this ordinance, no building or structure, except public works appertaining to the portion of street hereinafter described, shall be erected, placed or maintained between two lines drawn parallel to and forty feet each side of the centerline of Ham Lane which is the West line of the East half of Section 2, T3N, R6E, M.D.B.&M,, between the Southern Pacific Railroad (Woodbridge Branch) and Lodi Avenue. Section 3. From and after the effective date of this ordinance, no building or structure, except public works appertaining to the portion of street hereinafter described, shall be erected, placed or maintained between two lines drawn parallel to and forty feet each side of the centerline of the proposed extension of Ham Lane which is the West line of the East half of Section 11, TJN, R6E, M.D.B.&N., between Lodi Avenue and Kettleman Lane. Section 4. The Chief Building Inspector of the City of Lodi shall not issue any building permit in violation hereof, and any building or structure hereafter erected between the section lines above mentioned and the building setback lines herein established shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated as such, Section 5.
