HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 586In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi , California ORDINANCE NO. 586 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 271 ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE HOURS OF BUSINESS WHEN, AND THE PLACE OF BUSINESS WHERE, UNCURED AND CEIVED OR DELIVERED, AND PRESCRIBING A PE'NALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH." UNCOOKED MEATS MAY BE SOLD, OFFERED FOR SALE, RE- The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. Ordinance No. 271 of the City of Lodi, entitled as above set forth, is hereby repealed. Section 2. This ordinance shall be published one time in the "Lodi News-Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lpdi, and shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after its passage.
