LATING TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS AND REPEALING . ORDINANCES NOS. 64, 137, 222, 233, 4.46, AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" TO ELIMINATE DIAGONAL PARKING ON NORTH STOCKTON STREET BETWEEN ELM AND LOCUST STREETS. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. 493, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LODI REGU- Section 194 (j) of Ordinance No. 4.93 of the City of Lodi is hereby repealed. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause same to be published one time in the "Lodi New;-Sentinel!', a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and said ordinance shall be in force and take effect thirty days from and after pproved this 6th day of March, 1957. -1 1 ss. GLAVES, JR., City Clerk of the City of Lodi, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 582 was intro- duced at a regular meeting of the City Council held February 20, 1957, and was thereafter passed, adopted and ordered to print at a regular meeting held Firch 6, 1957, by the following vote : AYES: Councilmen - Hughes, Robinson and Mitchell NOES: Councilmen - Fuller and Katzakian ABSENT: Councilmen - None I further certify that Ordinance No. 582 was approved and 4 signed by the Mayor on the date of its passage and that the same has been published pursuant to law. -2-
