An Ordinarlce bvying Taxes in the Year 1911 in Provision
of Revenue for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 1812.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Lodi do ordain as follows;
section 3.- In this year, 1911, and in ProvifJion of revenue for
said City for the fiscal year beginning July lst, 1912, upon all
the real and personal pzoperty within the City of Irodi, taxable for
municipal purposes, there is hereby levied taxes as follows, to-
wit: for the general purposes of said City, at the rate of fifty-
faye cents on each Qne hundred dollars of the assessed value of
said taxable property; for the public library purposes of said
City, at the rate of fourteen cents on each one hundred dollars
of the assessed value of said taxable property;. and for the
bond redemption and interest purposes of said city the sum of
fifty-six cents on each one hundred dollars of said taxable prop
erty.
Section 2.- The aforesaid tax rate of fifty-six cents on each one
hUndred dollars is the rate for the bonds of said City issued and
outstanding on the 8th day of November, 1910, having been issued
in the year 1908, and is apportioned as follows, towit:
For redemption and interest of Sewer bOndS,$.22%3On each
one hundred dollars of assessed value of property.
For redemption and interest of Water and Light Bonds, #.3378
on each one hundred dollars of assessed value of' property.
Section 3.- This ordinance shall be Published once in The Lodi
Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in said City of Lodi, and shall take effect immediately upon its
passage, approval and publication,
