HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances - No. 506In the City Council City of Lodi Lodi, California ORDINANCE NO. 506 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 495 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 444, RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS AND,EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF LODI. The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows: Section 1. Ordinance No. 495, entitled "Amending Section 7, as amended, of Ordinance No. 444 Entitled 'An Ordinance Fix- ing the Compensation of Officers and Employees of the City of Lodi and Repealing All Ordinances and Parts of Ordinances in Conflict Therewith'" is hereby repealed. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 6. This ordinance shall be published one time after its passage in the "Lodi News-Sentinel", a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi, and shall be in force and take effect from and after January 1, 19 54.
