ORDINANCE NO. 506
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 495 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 444, RELATING
TO COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS AND,EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF LODI.
The City Council of the City of Lodi does ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 495, entitled "Amending Section
7, as amended, of Ordinance No. 444 Entitled 'An Ordinance Fix-
ing the Compensation of Officers and Employees of the City of
Lodi and Repealing All Ordinances and Parts of Ordinances in
Conflict Therewith'" is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Table I, Ordinance No. 444, as amended, is
hereby amended to read as follows:

hereby amended to read as follows:

SALARY CONVERSION TABLE
For those positions which are to be paid on an hourly or
daily rate basis, and for the payment of overtime, the table below
provides the equivalent rates for the range steps. The monthly
salaries have been divided by 173.3 hours forthe 4.0 hour week-
month, and by 208 hours for the 48 hour week-month.

Section 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 6. This ordinance shall be published one time after
its passage in the "Lodi News-Sentinel", a daily newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in the City of Lodi,
and shall be in force and take effect from and after January 1,
19 54.
