Keference is hereby made to a map or p1a.t on file in the
offi.ce of thp City Clerk of this City delineating the boundaries
next, above described,
Section 2. This ord.inance shall be published one tiriie in
the "Lodi News-SentinelTt, a daily newspaper of general circula-
tion printed and published in the City of Lodi and shall be in
force <and take effect thirty days from and after its passage.
City Clerk shall imniediately prepare under seal a certified copy
of the ordinance, giving the date of i.ts passage, and transmit
it to the Secretary of State. He shall also comply with the
provisions of such statutes as may be applicable hereto to effect
the purposes hereof.
Section 3* Upon the effective date of this ordinance, the

I, HEiJRY A. GLAVES, JR., City Clerk of the City of Lodi
and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordiriance Noo 505 was
introduced in regular meeting of said City Council held
January 6, 1-954, and was thereafter passed, adopted and
ordered to print at a regular meeting of the City Council
held January 20, 1954, by the following vote:
AYES : Councilnien - Hillman , Preszler, Hinn ,
Robinson and Richey.
NOES : Councilmen - NLNE
ABSENT : Councilmen - I’JOriE
I FURTHER CERTIFY that Crdinance No. 505 was approved
and signed by the b-ayor on the date of its passage and has
been published pursuant to law.
